Duly Health and Care, previously known as DuPage Medical Group (DMG), is one of the largest independent, physician-led medical groups in the Midwest. With an extensive network of providers, Duly offers a full range of primary and specialty care services across multiple locations.

Problem Statement

Duly Health and Care wanted a complete overhaul of their website with the primary goal of improving the user experience. As Lead Senior Product Designer, I partnered with Punchkick Interactive, a digital agency, to support the redesign of Duly Health and Care’s digital platform.

These were some of the key issues with their former site:

• Cluttered, hard-to-navigate content
• Outdated user interface
• Inconsistent site structure
• Inability for user to schedule appointments easily
• Poor search experience when trying to find a physician by location
• Physician profile pages lacked structure and organization
